MV Agusta Dragster RC - A few days of EICMA, MV Agusta presents the third movement of the RC series 2017, which is the third limited edition inspired by the Superbike races and that contains the acronym of the Racing Department of Varese brand. This time the base is already the exclusive Dragster, aggressive naked and the whole style that wears the colors of the bikes the championship of the derived series.
Inspired by the runway
The RC of the formula we know: taking the bike from the factory, is embellished with refined details and a decidedly sporty livery. This Dragster 800 RC is made on the basis of RR 800 and this takes – verbatim – the engine with a power of 140 hp at 13,100 g / min.
Technically we find new light-alloy wheels in 9 races, while the frame was repainted in red and goes to the new gold anodized fork, but maintains the measures of 43 mm and Marzocchi brand. Behind them, there is a mono Sachs. The rear wheel has a super sports section of 200 mm and creates a significant glance with that very short tail. The dry weight is always limited to 168 kg. Even the electronics does not change compared to the RR Dragster.

The characterization of this model is – of course – the livery. With so little paintable surface it was not easy to find a racing style that recalls faithfully bike race Cluzel and Camier, but the result is excellent with alternating red and white stripes and with the number 37 (the one of the world titles MV) on the tank .
Many carbon details and the adjustable steering damper close the special package of RC Dragster, which will be produced in only 350 copies. Of course, as F3 and F4, each unit will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity and a numbered plate. What do you think?
