Let’s now move to the changes that took place under the bonnet of all-new 2016 Hyundai Tuscon. European version will be powered by 1.6 turbocharged engine with seven-speed double clutch automatic transmission. This engine choice will enable you to reach the maximum power of 174 hp. The 1.6-liter engine replaces the previous 2.4-liter engine. Non-European markets will be offered 2.0-liter four, and this will probably be regular engine for U.S market. There are also some speculations that there will be a performance version as well with Hyundai’s so called “N” performance brand. The performance version will be powered by 2.0-liter turbo that produces 200 hp. There is no official information that this version will arrive to the United States. It is also unfamiliar whether the company will launch a fuel-cell version.
